World Mental Health Day

World mental health day is celebrated worldwide on the 10th of October every year with the aim to promote mental wellbeing and world without mental health problems. Recently, Due to COVID-19, mental health problems, insecurity, and comprehensive worrisomeness is increased and everybody seeking physical and mental health services. Mental hygiene is very important as it affects almost every aspect of human life. Let join together on the occasion of World Mental health day and dedicate our fundamental contribution to promote mental health and well-being to universal society.

As a Chief Speaker of the event, Prof. Nov Rattan Sharma, Head, Department of Psychology, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak will introduce the importance of mental health in the success of life. His Special Talk on Development of Life Skills for Mental Health Promotion will enrich the knowledge of mental health practices and the new trends in the modern world.
