Various events such as “Le-Economiste” (Economics Fest) and ”ECONOMAD”, involving the participation of not only the students of Akal University but other colleges and Universities of Punjab, are organized by the department every year to integrate all the students and inculcate in them the ability to learn, and get acquainted with, the practical application of Economics. This serves as the platform for the department to accomplish the aim of overall development of the students by making them competitive, intellectual and efficient with the best possible training initiatives.
