‘A good teacher can inspire hope , ignite imagination and instill love for learning’
To commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, Teacher’s Day was celebrated by Department of Education on 5 September, 2019. Nimrat Kaur, student of B.A.B.Ed. department hosted the stage and she started the ceremony by sharing the importance of teacher in one’s life. Then Dr. Birender Kaur shared some words about Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan – the second President of India who was a great academic philosopher and one of the most well-known scholar and above all a teacher. All faculty members of Education Department inspire students of Department to become good and responsible teachers. The ceremony came to an end by clicking photographs for creating a memory to cherish forever.
