An interactive event was conducted by the Department of English Studies in collaboration with Department of Punjabi on the special occasion of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s 550th Birth Anniversary. The topic of discussion was : “Relevance of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s Teachings for Me”. In the event, the teachers as well as the students reflected on the life and legacy of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Dr. Sandeep Singh, HOD, Department of Punjabi, shared his views on the relevance of the day. The students also actively participated in the event and shared their creative-cum-imaginative ideas on what Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji means to them. The faculty members of both the departments motivated the students to come forward and share their views on the same.
