The Department of Punjabi organized one day workshop to celebrate the International Mother Tongue Day on 21st February 2018. Eminent Punjabi writers Gurpreet and Tanveer were the chief guests of the day. They delivered lectures on how interest in literature is important for overall development of human well-being. Students highly appreciated their lectures.Speakers on the occasion also highlighted the role of mother tongue in quicker and better learning, interpersonal communication and overall developments of the students.
